What to Bring to Town Hall:
- Residency Form (attached above)
- Proof of Identity – driver's license, non-driver, military or government
- Proof of Residency, primary proof - 1 of the following:
- Lease agreement or statement from property owner
- Mortgage statement
- Purchase and Sales agreement
- Proof of Residency, secondary proof - 1 of the following
- Utility/service bill (electric, water, cable, oil/propane)
- Payroll statement
- Rabies certificates if you own dogs
- If you would like to register to vote, bring proof of citizenship (birth certificate, U.S. Passport/Passcard or naturalization document)
Coming From Out of State:
- Titles for owned vehicles
- If you do not own your vehicle, you will fill out an affidavit form stating you will notify your lien holder of your change of address.
- Registrations for out of state vehicles
New Hampshire Resident but New to Center Harbor:
- Current registration, if up for renewal or obtaining facilities pass
What to Know:
- 60 days to get a NH drivers license and to register cars
- 10 days after registration your vehicle must be inspected
- Center Harbor does not send out registration renewal notices.
- Facilities stickers are good for 2 years, next renewal will be June 1, 2025 (decals are usually available starting in April). $20 for 2 stickers (remember to bring the registrations of all vehicles that you would like a facilities pass for)
- Dogs must be licensed every year by April 30th
